ECSDD is dedicated to providing high quality services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are an organization that provides residential services and community supports.

Most of our positions require duties such as assisting in activities of daily living, transportation, supported employment opportunities, participating in community activities, medical appointments and giving medications. Dependent on the position, a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license is required. We have a variety of shifts including paid sleep shifts for Direct Care Providers. ECSDD offers excellent benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off program, life insurance, and a retirement plan.
